The veteran must have been issued a disability award letter  from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This pass is not transferable to family members or any other individual. The eligible veteran cardholder must be present in the vehicle at the time of use. This DHV pass admits the eligible individual and all persons accompanying the cardholder in a single private, family-type non-commercial vehicle, or two motorcycles to any property administered by the Indiana DNR, where entrances are designated and fees are charged. It is not valid for entrance to State Historic Sites or Falls of the Ohio Interpretive Center. This pass does not cover special user charges for services and facilities within the property.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is unlawful to copy or reproduce this pass.
